Scope of Works:

  • Reconfiguration & Repurposing of Existing Spaces:
    • Transformation of the existing facility into a fully functional Make Ready Centre, ensuring compliance with NHS ambulance service operational requirements.
    • Conversion of underutilised areas to create new crew mess facilities, education spaces, and support offices.
    • Structural alterations and partitioning within the main garage space to define new functional areas.
  • Mechanical & Electrical Upgrades:
    • Full electrical rewiring, including new power supplies and data cabling to support enhanced IT infrastructure.
    • Installation of energy-efficient LED lighting throughout all areas to improve visibility and reduce operational costs.
    • Upgraded ventilation and climate control systems, ensuring a comfortable environment for staff and paramedics.
  • Interior Refurbishment & Finishes:
    • High-durability floor finishes suitable for a healthcare and emergency response environment.
    • Full internal redecoration with wipeable, infection-control compliant paint systems.
    • Installation of new kitchenette and welfare facilities within the crew mess area to support ambulance staff during shift breaks.
  • Compliance & Accessibility Enhancements:
    • Installation of DDA-compliant WCs and accessible welfare facilities.
    • Fire safety improvements, including enhanced fire-rated partitioning and emergency lighting systems.
    • New security measures, including controlled access points and CCTV installation to maintain site safety.
  • Project Management & Operational Coordination:
