Refurbishment of listed Gate House.

Re-roofing with reclaimed Kent Peg tiles

Complete re-wiring with new consume unit.

Installation of new windows matching in situ profiles.

Damp dry linings replaced with Lime Green and Steico internal insulation system designed to prevent condensation and mould growth.

Insulation applied to solid walls, ceilings and skeilings, with sheep wool insulation in the loft.

Installation of new kitchen and bathroom.

Renewal of clay Kent peg tiles.

Re-pointing all brickwork to heritage standards in lime.
